Hi Jun, Thank you for your feedback. The $350 Payout you've referenced is towards a replacement Evaporator Coil. While we do pay 100% of approved repair costs, we do not offer full replacement. We always try to be as transparent as possible, which is why we feature these payouts on the FAQ section of our website. You can also see them in our Terms and Conditions, which was provided to you at the time of enrollment.
