Waste of money. Be careful because 1 yr after purchasing this waste of service, they keep your credit card info and charge you for a subscription while refusing to refund.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They first defraud you of all your money and then do nothing. Besides that their customer service is horrible. You pay for VIP service but can never reach the VIP team. It’s unbelievable how they can treat someone who is already going through a serious emotional trauma this way. It’s evil and inhumane. So far I have paid about $900 and still nothing has been done. My next step will be to sue them. This is so frustrating and emotional draining. Any negative action I take complete case will be responsible for it

The service had been good. I still need to get a few questions corrected and reprint. I did not realize how the forms will depend on the accuracy of my answers - my bad. Big thanks to the lady on the phone explaining that to me. She was great help.

Completecase.com is the easiest way to get your documents done but you have to be really really patient. Divorce is really stressing and you just want to get it done right away. If your spouse work outside the states you have to mail it yourself, they do not cover that. My docs were processed on May 2019 by complete case and filed on July because they have to review it, and I got officially divorced on October 25, 2019 while they were reviewing it, I call every week for an update and the agents are actually friendly and patient, somehow I could feel that they are already irritated by me hahaha.. but they handled me very well. My ex and I had no kids and other reasons. We are both civil about our divorce and agreed that it is finally time to end our marriage. We did not get any lawyer it was Pro Se.. Our matter of arrangements are not that complicated because we immediately signed our papers and we have no kids. It feels so good when the judge said, “you are now divorced and we wish you all the best”. Thanks completecase!

Horrible customer service. My husband and I already had a custody order and child support in place so all I needed was my divorce but since there is a child involved you have to put the verbiage for the custody and child support in the paperwork but Complete Case would not do this for me. They make you VIEW the documents to make sure that they are correct and when they are NOT you are screwed because their policy is that they will not refund you if you view the files. So how are you supposed to make sure they're correct? When you can't use their document for whatever reason they will "fix" it for you but you have to write line by line exactly what to change and then they WONT GUARNATEE the paperwork. When I called for a refund they state that you have to answer when they call you. What??? I work I can't just stop and answer the phone for any random number that calls. But that is exactly what they expect you to do. The customer service people are clueless when you call them and give them questions they ramble off answers just to get you off the phone. Save your money, get a lawyer and do this the right way because this "service" is not a service all at.
