The ink cartridge they sent was not compatible with the HP printer. When I contacted customer support they troubleshot with me. When nothing worked the employee said I would be receiving an email from them to the one on file. Yeah right. No email ever came. The “customer service ticket” was marked as resolved. What a lie! The employee needs to be counseled unless this is what the company wants them to do. Needless to say I will never purchase ink cartridges from them again. I warn all potential buyers to BEWARE of this company.

I bought several remanufactured cartridges from CompAndSave a few months ago. The Vivid Light Magenta worked fine. The Vivid Magenta did not work at all. I have a show coming up which I need the cartridge so I can print at all! I tried to get them to send a replacement cartridge, but you have to fill out a form, ship the cartridge back to them and then wait for them to credit your account ship another cartridge back to me…which will take several days. I am not asking for my money back, just a replacement cartridge. Not happy at all. This is their customer service? Really.

I really wish I'd looked for reviews first. Then I would still have my hard-earned money. I ordered 2 Dell All-in-One ink cartridges, and there was not a drop of ink anywhere. Don't patronize this company. They never sent an email or anything.....RED FLAG. I kept watch for an email....Then I said something's not right....low and behold ...fraudulent company....stole my money. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM COMPANDSAVE...COMP& STEAL YOUR MONEY....PERIOD!

I ordered 3 ink cartridges for my HP printer that did not work. I shipped them back and they pretended like they were going to refund the purchase. They said they were sending a Zelle refund but did not. Now they are saying they tried to refund my credit card which was never even offered. My credit card was canceled because after my purchase to Comp and Save my card was used for a fraud purchase for a anti virus software. When I looked at the information on my bank statement they fraudster had used Comp and Save's company phone number. Comp and Save denied being involved in the fraud but have made it a point not to refund my purchase and lie to me. They then stopped corresponding. So now I have to start with the numerous BBB FTC and AG office of Consumer Affairs complaints. They are really horrible to do this to hard working people. Do not use them. Buyer beware.

I ordered an ink cartridge in late November for my Brother printer. It arrived in early December without a problem. However, when I needed it on a Saturday in early January, I discovered that the cartridge was defective insofar as it would not securely fit into the printer. I had to wait until Monday to reach customer service, and then a couple of days passed before I was told that a replacement would be sent. At first I was told to return the defective cartridge, but then I was told not to. I was treated as if replacing a defective product "at no additional cost" was a courtesy being paid to me rather than an ethical obligation of good business. I would have thought that they would have found some way to acknowledge that their sending me a defective product resulted in great inconvenience and disruption of my business, as well as my having (because I had an immediate need for the printer and their cartridge proved to be unreliable) to incur the expense of going to an office supply store to acquire at greater cost a non-defective cartridge.

I bought a complete color toner set and learned the hard way not to buy cheap knock-offs like this. They don't work in my Canon Imageclass printer. I'm going to toss them all into the garbage and go back to my even older Canon, a black and white only printer. I have a lifetimes worth of black toner for that in the attic. Don't waste money on these guys.

The quality of Canon toner cartridge I bought were bad. First the magenta leaked within the seal bag, and the replacement magenta toner still leaked in a controlled way that displays random lines and dots on the print out. Black toner can only prints light gray after 2 weeks of installation. Yellow and cyan fares better with random occasionaly color issue, especially if left with no printing for a few days. Customer service and response is OK, but was never offer to replace the entire package, only piece meals. I was so annoyed that I bought another set from different vendor, and they all worked fine. This is the only time they can make money from me.

CompAndSave.com sold me a set of aftermarket Brother LC401 ink cartridges. They were not recognized by the printer at all rendering it useless. They did allow me to return the cartridges but would not refund the shipping charges. DO NOT BUY FROM CompAndSave.com.
