Shipping took forever and no updates on the progress
Shipping took forever and no update. Hello the item that was ordered was the QLS adapter plate, that is just a simple component and not a holster. The shipping times should be clearly listed when you order as the parts just arrived today on 12/5/2023. The product was ordered on 11/19/2023, 16 days ago. You could have simply reached out and emailed me to resolve the issue, as of 12/5/2023 I have had no contact from your customer support team. Except for a notice from trust pilot that you responded to the poor review, I have had no contact from your company. This adapter plate was ordered to address the issue of mounting your holster to a QLS system since your mounting pattern is not compatible with it. I purchased this item personally to avoid going through a PO process and receive the item quickly. Obviously that did not work.

Very very very slow shipping
Very very very slow shipping. I am sure they'll give an excuse that this is a busy time of the year but that doesn't seem to stop other companies from ensure they have the right coverage. I ordered this on Nov 15th and it's just shipping today, Nov 22nd PS Coyote Brown is NOT a custom color. There are millions of products that are this color.

I feel customer service was lacking and…
I feel customer service was lacking and felt uninvolved. I had emailed a question a couple days ago and still no response. I cannot judge the product because I still do not have it, however, I have purchased product years back thru the mid 1990 and I believe and even some just a couple years ago. My previous experience I feel Comp-Tac provided a "Great Product", hoping it will be consistent with my recent order. Comp-Tac was recommended to me in the 1990s by John Farnam, founder of DTI.
