A need
I've been using RetailMeNot for a while now, mainly for beauty and fashion purchases, and it's become one of my go-to stops before checking out anywhere online. The browser extension is genuinely convenient — it pops up right at checkout so I don't forget to look for a code, and more often than not it finds something. What I like most: the sheer volume of stores covered and the fact that codes are usually crowd-verified with comments saying whether they worked recently. That saves me from the frustration of trying five expired codes before giving up. The reason it's not a full 5 stars: hit-or-miss reliability. A decent chunk of codes are expired or restricted to first-time customers only, so there's still some trial and error involved. The site can also get a little cluttered with ads, which makes the experience feel less streamlined than it could be. Overall, it's a solid habit to build into your shopping routine — just don't expect every code to work on the first try. Worth keeping in your back pocket for the wins it does deliver.

Update Was Buggy But Works Now!
The initial update was glitchy so I was unable to securely or successfully log into my account. Eventually a few days later it worked properly.

My Wish
I dont have any major issues. I really like RetailMeNot & have been using them for years & I've gotten a bit of money for purchases I would've likely made anyway. My only wish is that we got the money right away & didn't have to wait so long to get it. Otherwise, the experience has been pretty positive for me.

Extension verifies working codes
I’ve used Retailmenot for a long time. I’m glad they reward users now based on number of times you shop with them. Their codes and cash back have always worked for me. I use their extension on my phone the most, minus 1 star for it being kind of hard to download. But it quickly verifies codes on a retail website which I like.

Great customer service, order tracking needs improvement
Order tracking reliability seems to be going down in the recent months that coincided with some changes being introduced on their website, but so far, the RMN Customer Service has been great in responding to issues, so still recommend, although I'm not particularly excited on needing to follow up on most orders.

Useful but may have issues
Update: They reached out in a week and restored my rewards to raising it to a 4, hope for a better user experience moving forward. Had over $150 in rewards waiting to be paid out, all earned via their site or email offers, and per their T&C, login in today and my account seems to have been randomly flagged like many others and over $156+ in earned rewards (+more pending) wiped out overnight. Unless they resolve it quickly (opened a ticket but not very hopeful), will stick to ebates/rakuten, a guaranteed lower CB is much better than this shameful behavior from RMN.
