It's ok for coupon codes. They work about 25% of the time. The benefits of having an account on Retailmenot are minimal. They have cash back options, which I've used successfully. I returned items from one of the orders one time, and Retailmenot flipped out and suspended my account. I opened a new account with a different email address, used it for years, and now it says my password is wrong and keeps giving me errors when I follow the reset password links.

Useless
I'd like to know why I can receive an email at 8:04 pm with a code, but at 10:39 pm that code is useless. ONE usable code, even for something I would have on a bet, is better than one hundred codes that DO NOT WORK.

Where is my reward $$
I have used RetailMeNot for quite some time, and have gotten some savings. I received a notice that I had $55.80 in rewards, and I decided to redeem through Venmo to my bank account. The tests they did on 2/9 went in and out of my bank account just fine but it’s 3/15 and I have yet to receive the $55.80 in my bank account. On Venmo it shows they paid the amount on 2/9. They only did the test amounts. Also no customer service reps available by phone! Is this whole thing a scam?

pretty average experience
pretty average experience , was looking for coupons for a product and all the links they offered didnt actually work so carried on googling and finally found a verified deal elsewhere

Doesn't do anything?
Downloaded the extension and being trying to use it on many sites but it doesn't do anything. Maybe it doesn't work in my area, or it's collecting personal data to sell? Who knows.

retailmenot is an Inaccurate or…
retailmenot is an Inaccurate or misleading website. Nearly every coupon says "123x used today" for completely unusable coupons. You can't "use" an expired coupon SO CALL IT EXPIRED not "used today"
