I like it for what it is supposed to do…
I like it for what it is supposed to do but alot of the codes don't work and the last few times I have used it it doesn't show up in the app. I have to contact customer service with proof of purchase and screen shots to get my rewards. That part is frustrating and inconvenient.

Retailmenot.com cashback is good, but…
Retailmenot.com cashback is a good site. I like that the cash back is actually cash and not a gift card. But, coupon codes often don't work and are expired. There isn't a good description of the required purchases to use the coupons.

Hit & Miss
Sometimes you find great deals, sometimes the codes do not work. You receive some credit, but I'm not sure where those credits go.

Thank you for your feedback! We do our best to ensure all promo codes are valid and up to date. Regarding cash back rewards (or credits), these accumulate directly in your RetailMeNot account. You can easily view your accrued balance anytime by logging into your account and clicking on "My Rewards."

It's just hard to get points or credits…
It's just hard to get points or credits to add up your balance there is always so many steps to do so I wish it were simpler than it is that's all

I don’t always get paid for purchases…
I don’t always get paid for purchases even though I activate through their app and shows no shopping history.

I don’t like how I can redeem my points…
I don’t like how I can redeem my points that is why I have not used this very much. I think it wants me to use PayPal, but I’ve never use PayPal. I like to get a check instead by mail.
