Coupons are great and I have used it in many retail stores but when it comes to cash back I never received mine . Few weeks back I tried to redeem towards gift card and it said some error occurred and later I realized that my wallet cash back amount is $0 even though I never received the e gift certificate. And I emailed them regarding this matter never got a reply . Why would the website say cashback when. We can't receive it . 😡😡😡

They keep saying that $$$$ are being deposited in my PayPal account, but logging into my account and $0. Total fraud. I think they may even be breaking some banking laws. July 2nd and still nothing in my PayPal account. Also found out my wife had been using Retail me NOT for a lot of purchases and still nothing. I would report them to the BBB but I'm sure they're not a member. Are you Retail me not? Any word on my funds???

It's not surprising to see the rating of Retail Me Not with a 1 star here. I am also rating them a 1 star. This internet rebate site is a pain to deal with. The service staff are incompetent to resolve a simple issue. They don't want to send my rebates to my Paypal as according to them, that my Paypal account is locked. So I called Paypal to see what's the problem and I called them several times and dealt with the problem several times. Finally, Paypal fixed the issue, and declared that my Paypal account was never locked and it's up and working. They even sent me a message to confirm that my email account is tied up with the Paypal account. RMN gave me several "excuses" about how they cannot send the money to my Paypal. At first they said my Paypal account was locked. Then they said that my Paypal account is not tied up with my email account that I used for RMN service. Then they kept making excuses . This exchange of communication went on for a month, without any resolution because they insist that my Paypal is locked. So I attached screen shots of my Paypal account to RMN to prove that it's not locked plus the message of the Paypal that my account is not locked and tied up with the same email address I used for RMN. Still, RMN insists that they cannot send the money to Paypal because it is locked. Obviously they are not reading my messages and did not even dare to look at my screenshots. They just answer me without any effort to resolve the situation. They offered me gift cards but I refused. I want the money to be deposited to my Paypal. I use Ebates too and Ebates just send me checks not gift cards. They don't want to pay because they don't want to spend instead they just want to send gift cards which they got for free from retailers. Their constant insistence of the same reason that they give me for over a month now---that my Paypal account is locked is so old. I already had contacted Paypal about this for so many times and they say the same thing, that it's not locked. I kept telling RMN staff that it's Paypal itself proves that my account is not locked. However, RMN refuses to resolve this simple problem by contacting Paypal themselves. In their website, they even advertised and claimed that they are affiliated with Paypal. And they cannot just do their jobs by contacting their affiliate to solve the problem. I already did my part, and they are not doing theirs by contacting their affiliate to solve the problem. It is so frustrating to deal with this online rebates site. I hope they will go bankrupt and fade into oblivion because they are scammy, incompetent and lazy.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a discounted Cabela's gift card from them and when I tried to redeem it they told me it had already been used! Just to confirm I asked if it was me, and they told me it was someone from another state! Either they double sold it or gave me a faulty card. They will not refund me because it's been over 100 days, so I'm out $82.50.

Would give no starts if I can. The cashback offer is a total scam. They suspended my account for "suspicious activity" when all I did was email them to ask when I would receive my cash back. I was supposed to receive $70 cash back for spending over a thousand dollars on an item. I emailed them to get my account lifted from suspension for a month. I called and waited for their call. After all that hard work they didn't lift the suspension which meant that I couldn't get my cash back. I have been trying to get my cash back since Octtober 2018 and it is April 2019 now. Retailmenot is a ton of lies and filled with a load of nonsense. They say that they had a few successful cash backs which is probably a lie and pay attention to the key word "a few". The fact that they don't even have a direct number to speak with a representative already shows us that they are unreliable. Trusted them instead of ebates which was a total mistake. Retailmenot is a scam with their cash back offer so DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I bought a macaroni grill gift card and sent it to my aunt and she went to use it and it had $0.00 on it!! I spent almost $55 on this gift card and it has a $0.00 balance!!! This is absolutely disappointing and I’m very very unhappy with my purchase through retailmenot!!! Nobody will respond to me and this company will have some problems from me very soon if I don’t hear something back and get my money back from them!! If anyone else has had this problem we need to all get together and sue this horrible company for doing such a terrible thing to their customers! They are thief’s and stole money from me!!! The only reason they get any stars is because I have to put a star to do this review!!! Don’t ever use this company!!!

Not Customer Friendly. Changes with the game plan on a whim without any customer notification. Then accusations fly with the generic email responses making zero sense to the conversation. This is a bad joke of A.I. going amuck.

I RECENTLY SIGNED UP FOR THIS APP/COMPANY AND USED IT I BELIEVE TWICE, ONCE FOR GIFT CARD MALL AND ONCE FOR AMAZON. TODAY, ON A DAY I NEED THIS TRASH THE LEAST, I RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING I WAS IN VIOLATION OF THEIR TERMS. IT DOESN'T SAY HOW, IT'S VERY GENERIC AND THEY STATE THEY ARE SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT AND I'M NO LONGER TO PARTICIPATE. THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF IS USING IT TOWARD GIFT CARD MALL AND GIFT CARD MALL TAKING IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CANCEL MY ORDER. IF THAT'S HOW YOU'RE GOING TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, THEN SO BE IT. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER WAYS TO SCORE DEALS AND WHAT NOT. YOU CAN USE EBATES, SHOPKICK, DROP....ALL WAYS TO SAVE. I'M NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON TO COMMIT FRAUD OR CHEAT AND I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING ACCUSED OF SUCH A THING.
