Frauds!!
**In response to the thieves- yet again a typical generic BS response as I clearly did not use my actual name for them to know who I am! They don't even respond to BBB complaints that speaks volumes! Disgusting! Steer real clear of these frauds!!! The reviews speak volumes! Absolutely deplorable BS scam of a site....How many times does someone have to chase them for cashback that I am owed!!!! One scripted excuse after another with the most inept customer service, I'm looking at you Mark and Nolan!! Avoid these scammers like the plague they steal the cash back you are entitled to!!!! Thieves!!! Shut them down already!!

You dont have the decency to remove me off your hit list - I have lost count of the amount of removal request I have sent

Hi Curly, we apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by receiving emails from those email address. All communication from RetailMeNot does come with from an email address ending in an @retailmenot.com domain name. Any other emails claiming they are from RetailMeNot but do not come from an email ending in that domain are not legitimate emails and are phishing emails by fraudsters. We ask that you report those emails to us at [email protected] as well as mark them as spam in your inbox so that your email provider can begin to filter those emails out automatically.

Unwanted Litter
Continues to send me advertisement litter, even after taking my address off their mailing list. Now it just says a different address on it. (They print the same amount for the post office to deliver - talked to them about it) This has happened over multiple years over multiple locations. Have to waste my time making sure a bill isn't lost between it's pages every time.

Hi No, we're sorry to hear that you are continuing to receive mailers after you requested to be unsubscribed. If the mailer does not have your address on it then then USPS should not be delivering to that address as it is not the correct recipient. Each unsubscribe request is specific to each address as we understand that the people living at that address can change and some might want the mailer while others might not. If you would like to email your mailing address to [email protected] then we would be happy to escalate the issue so that the post office is no longer delivering incorrect mail to you.

I have made several attempts to redeem…
I have made several attempts to redeem my rewards and have been unable to. I've had to have customer support place the money back to my account after it remained in limbo because it wouldn't go through to my PayPal account. I was told by customer service that my email for PayPal must be incorrect. I contacted PayPal and nothing is wrong with my account. I've been ache to use my account without any issues to send and receive money without issue except for the issue with RetailMeNot! I tried to redeem a gift card and once I hit submit an error screen came up. I am no longer able to see the credit cards available. Again...... Can't redeem!!! I have venmo and it had been active duty 2 years yet it's not an option, even though it's supposed to be on RetailMeNot. I've never had so many issues. I'm glad that I've been using Rakuten because there is never an issue with redeeming my cash back.

Venmo is an option available through our mobile and desktop browser site as it is not yet compatible with our app quite yet.

cash back is a scam... havent received anything, and didn't use ebates, so now i lost that money! not using i again!

RetailMeNot created FAKE coupons codes…
RetailMeNot created FAKE coupons codes for our online store. These coupon codes never existed (in the 15 years I've been with my company). We've had customers who tried using these codes and have been taking it out on our company for "listing false advertising on RetailMeNot". I submitted a case to have all references to our company be removed from their site. Before you attempt to use one of their *FAKE* coupons, check with the actual company to verify the coupons are real.

Users and community members have the ability to share offers on our site so any offers that were invalid might have been shared to us as we do not create any kind of offer for a merchant where we do not have a direct relationship. I absolutely despise these!
I absolutely despise the red plum/retail me not everyday papers they are always such a mess, they are a waste, and clog up the mailboxes. I absolutely hate them. You can unsubscribe from them and then usually about a year later they’ll go ahead and resubscribe your address. They take it upon themselves to subscribe your address even though you yourself never signed up, it should be something that only people who want it can subscribe to. They shouldn’t force it down everybody’s throat’s

Once your address is removed from the distribution list, it does take 5-6 weeks for the mailer to stop completely and the removal is effective for 5 years. they say no code needed and transfer me to website where they make moneyper click but its the same price . This company cant be trusted

Any of the offers that say that there is no coupon code needed are Sale Alerts which are promotions hosted directly on the merchant's site. Sometimes these offers can change without notice but you are always welcome to contact us so that we can give you more information about an offer.
