I lived in Common Summit apartment in Seattle. All management staffs are really great. They are friendly and responsive all the time. For example, Tom in renewing team was transparent on giving me all available renew options. He also reminded me personally so that I don't miss the deadline of my renewal.

Short yet great experience at Common. Great success managers checking im with us to make sure that everything was good! As described on their website, essentials of the highest quality are provided! Would recommend!

I have had a great experience at Common Anderson. The location could not be better between multiple transit lines, the park, and a selection of grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. The community spaces are kept clean and private spaces stay warm and quiet. It seems like maintenance is quick to respond to problems, but I can't say from experience since my unit has stayed in such excellent shape.

I moved from NYC to SF, and I had only two days to find out a place to live here. Common is the most professional and fast responsive, so I ended up staying here, and I love it! You can just check-in like you are checking in a hotel. Everything is ready for you when you move in. The appliances are all brand new, and they are fixing anything in the house within 48 hours in case of a problem. I will recommend Common to anybody that wants to live in a more comfortable place.

I’ve lived in Common Anderson for a year. I think here is a good place for everyone. Convenient location and affordable prices are two advantages. Also the management here is responsible. If something broke then they will send people to fix it ASAP. And they also make the building clean enough. It’s a good place to live!!

My experience with moving in at Common Summit Seattle has been great. It was different than what other apartment renting experiences had been AND THAT WAS OKAY! With new technologies come new experiences and advantages. Billing is easy and any issues, which honestly are minor, few and far between, are quickly resolved because the communication is really good. The events provided for residents are varying and the one I attended was really quite enjoyable.

Common took over management of my building in Chicago from another company and the transition was very smooth and easy. I felt they were more attentive to the needs of residents and took quick action whenever there were any issues. Communication was very regular and responsive. It's a wonderful thing to have all of your utilities bundled together with your rent - cuts down on remembering what to pay and when. Also the amenities are great - gym, common area (with shuffleboard, bar area and TV for hosting gatherings), dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. Even at the small size, it's got everything I need within the space and it's helped me to Marie Kondo my way into more minimal living. I'd recommend Common properties to others in the future.
