We couldn’t have asked for a better partnership while in the city, the location was ideal and made it easy to walk to work or run errands when I didn’t want to drive. It helped me get around to either SFO or OAK with BART. The staff definitely helped make me feel comfortable and safe. The property alongside the staff exceeded our expectations. Only concerns were when the fire alarm would be activated past 10pm and everyone was charged, which got under control. As well as the parking garage getting full on the weekends by concert attendees, fortunately the front desk accommodated a spot in the entrance for my overnight parking when I would get out of work a bit late. Overall, great experience and definitely look forward to coming back as soon as I finish my military leave.

I was having an issue with my move-in date. I was not going to be able to come in on time to grab my keys. I spoke to Kaye and she was extremely helpful. She understood my situation and went above and beyond to help. She kept me up to date with emails. The following day, she gave me a call first thing in the morning to tell me that everything was settled. I appreciate the quick turnaround and I love that my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Thank you Common and thank you Kaye.

Phetsamone was a fantastic facilitator and did an amazing job selling the location. While I ultimately did not decide to move forward, I sincerely appreciate her support and wish her and the common staff all the best for the future.

The application and onboarding process was fairly straight forward. There were a couple issues with broken links but my leasing specialist, Phetsamone was very responsive and proactive in getting everything resolved.

Common Living is a large network of communities across the country. My experience is specific to the BEI community in the Bay Area -- where I found the ideal interim solution when a series of events led to an unexpectedly fast move. With 48 hours to find a place to live temporarily, Common's online resources gave me what I needed to make BEI one of the final couple options to decide between. Then ONE factor led to making the call: Chris. The on-site local community manager made what would have been a bumpy transition anywhere else a simple, quick process and I was literally picking up keys hours after signing a lease I'd applied for just a day earlier.

Zack is the reason i signed the lease and officially committed to the common fountain. he thoroughly answered all the questions without frustration. he was so helpful and gave me a great tour of my new home. not only that, he helped get some move in issues fixed as well. I think since it is new there are some kinx that need to be worked out and organized. Overall The common fountain has potential to be a great experience for people who want to meet people and have a different alternative for la living. i’m excited to see what the future holds with my time here.
