So it was augus 3rd. I was shopping online for supplements. When I purchased the supplements, I somehow got referred to committed coaches. So starting that monday, which was august 4th I signed up for committed coaches and since then i've been clean and sober.I've lost twenty two pounds gone back to church and i've walked every single 3 miles per day except for one Sunday. My walk with God has gotten so much closer. It's all because of God and this committed coaches that I have my life back. I feel great and I've learned to eat properly stay on the program, Go back to church and learned that life is worth living again!!

Newbie here: Only been at this for a couple weeks. Already enjoy it. I like the interaction with the other clients and the support from each of them. I like the comments and instruction the coaches give and the encouragement to help motivate you with your program. The videos are a great learning tool and help you to understand how each of the segments compliment each other in order to reach your goals and why exercise is also very important. Very happy I joined. Best investment I have ever made for myself. It is a life style change for life so that you can be healthy and enjoy the activities you love to do.

The plan looks harder than it actually is. Once you get the hang of combining the right foods in the right amounts - the plan makes it easy - you can lose weight without all the complicated steps in most other plans. Exercise videos are easy to find and follow, and the one-on-one coaching is fabulous. Group members are there for support as well. This is the first plan that I have tried that I really feel will give me the success I want to look good, feel good, and establish it as a part of everyday life.

I’m new to the Committed Coaching and I couldn’t be more pleased. Their name says it all. I’m invited to coaching sessions that other coaches provide online, my personal coach Sandy is available when I need have a quest, concern or just need a hand. This is the very first program that provides me with healthy eating, healthy exercise and healthy mind set. I am a person called by my name and not my number. I’m so blessed to have found the Committed Coaches! They really are commit to you and you are held accountable for your commitment to the program. I am new but feel so encouraged to be successful. The tools they provide are real.

Our coaches were always available to us. They helped us always make the best decisions. They made us their priority. I appreciate them so much. We could always count on them.

It can be a little overwhelming starting a diet on your own and I was trying to do it on my own. And then weight loss stopped and I joined Committed coaches, because I needed help. I received a lot of support, accessed some coaching calls from different coaches I began to see progress again. I also had some injuries I was recovering from and wanted to start exercising so I joined a challenge in September. My knee got stronger and I was actually able to jog some when I did morning walks. Now I am doing more than I thought I would be able to do. I am now in a new exercise challenge for October, and have better strength and mobility. I actually feel like my body is getting younger as well as thinner. Plus, the people online have learned from one another and are open to giving you support. You can always access your coach for advice as well! I went from exercising and being winded to easy breathing when exercising my heart feels stronger for sure!

I can say to say that it's a good place to get help losing weight these people that work for this company are very kind compassion and considerate especially for people that have problems like myself besides having problems with gaining weight I also have problems understanding and writing and the coaches for me have gone out of their way helping me more than I've ever expected them to so bring things down to my level and I really appreciate it they've gone even out of the way for me because I can't get on my knees where they've gotten some other type of exercise for me to do I just wish I could explain myself better how good these people are and have kind there and they have respect for the customers like me
