I plan, I shop, I eat. It gets easier as I see the weight start to drop off. After a month, I think about everything that goes in my mouth! My coach, Dorota S, tho she’s the only one I know, has got to be the BEST coach, motivator and friend. Always something positive to say!

My Guiding Star
My coach is always there to answer my questions. Offers me encouragement to stay on the nutrition guidelines, if I go off the program. My Coach understands about my arthritis issues. Let’s me know when I’ve made good choices or unwise ones. Offers me alternatives. The company has put together an excellent program to help me reach my weight goal. There are informative videos to watch. The weekly zoom meeting with my group is very supportive and gives their experiences and ideas.

Making a difference …
The most common mistake made is calling it a diet. The coaches are good at giving you suggestions for changing your way of thinking. The way you can go back to the calls of the day and get the information to help you through that day or week. I plan more through the week for my meals which I never did. This is a great way to be able to get the help and guidance you need on a very difficult journey.

Best choice I could make
Best choice I could ever make. I’m learning how to eat correctly, exercise and have positive mindset for the rest of my life. This is not a diet or program, it is a lifestyle change. I have lost weight but it is not my driving force, I want to be more active, feel better and not be tired or out of breath. I want to be self sufficient and committed coaches is teaching me how to succeed in this. My coach, Jackie, has been very supportive in my journey. All the other coaches have impacted me too with their topics on zoom and checkin calls. The chats with other members is very supportive, resources available in the app are very helpful, the recipes I have tried have been delicious. My start on this journey was slow, due to my have to do mindset, about 3 months in, a switch went off and I got what y’all have been teaching. My excess weight is coming off steadily and I am feeling better than I have in a very long time! I still have challenges but have learned how to adapt and still succeed in my goal.

Having Health or Weight Issues?
Best Weight Loss-Keeping it off -Program
My reason of joining Committed Coaches: Over the years my Echo gram showed my Aorta Valve as “moderate,” but a year ago, it showed “very tight.” My Cardiologist wanted me to have surgery to replace the valve, I kept pushing it off. Since I had been losing weight I did not feel I had symptoms of a tight valve. I was told it would help to lose weight, and am due to have the Echogram scheduled in March of 2026
I am 85 years old. Over the years I yo-yoed, up and down, always ending ‘UP’, again. I started to slowly lose weight a year ago, when my husband was diagnosed with cancer and eating less and dropped from 213 pounds to 185, before I started on this program. I saw it advertised in May and was skeptical at first; “Probably just like other diets that don’t work”, I thought, but I continued listing to the end, and thought, “Maybe I should try a coaching diet.” Knowing that it would not be as expensive to join as having my heart valve replaced. I joined toward the end of May, 2025. I have well balanced meals, very nutritionist and tasty. I have now lost from 185 pounds to 163. I feel so much better, more energy and having to use a rollator to walk, my standing balance is better. I enjoy working and cooking, (sitting mostly to prepare foods,) and folding my laundry, thankful I can still care for myself. My stamina has also improved. My family sees a remarkable difference in me.
Being a diabetic, there has been such a big change in my glucose reading. I had been using 27 units of Lantis shots at bedtime. Now I am using 17 units. The Humalog shots for meals, which is fast acting, used to take 12 to 14 units with my meals, and now am down to 4 to 6 units most of the time. Since I am on this program, my A1C (three months prior readings) has dropped from 7.1 to 5.7. First time ever under 6.I am expecting even better readings in the future, as my weight drops more.
Since I have been on the program for 5 months, the diet plan has become easier for me. This program has been a blessing for me and I am grateful that I joined!
Their Coaches are so helpful. Mine, is guiding me through in such a kind and respectful way. He has lots of patience and understanding; helping me through times when I was discouraged, ending always with an upbeat! Their Zoom meetings, are very informative, giving us time to ask questions or share what we have experienced, and learn from each other. I give him a 5 star, available for one on one.
I want to express my gratitude and thanks to Committed Coaches for getting such a wonderful plan together; helping mankind with their health. It helps us to enjoy life more, when we feel good. They get 5 stars from me.
It worked for me, Committed it will work for you!!

Superb coaching
I have coach Pete as my coach and after the first zoom call the introduction to start my new way of life, the very next day I fell off a 4 ft ladder. I had to go to the hospital in an ambulance. I broke my right arm in 2 places and my left leg tibia in the knee joint. I had to have surgery on my arm twice and I was told no weight bearing on my leg for 11 weeks. I was finally alert enough to get in touch with coach Pete and explained to him what had happened. I stayed in the hospital for three weeks and coach Pete really stuck behind me. When I came home it was a different world for me. I went from very active to sitting in a wheelchair . I got depressed because I felt like I could not do this program and I had paid for it. Coach Pete stayed in touch and I worked on things with him. He gave me inspiration and encouragement that I could do this even from a wheelchair. I am now walking with a cane gaining momentum. I have lost a little weight and I want to thank my group but especially Coach Pete for not giving up on me , even when I wanted to give up on myself.
