Since starting this program I lost 14 kg , so I am convinced that losing the other 40 will work too. After being overweighted for more then 25 years!

Coaches Glen and Marcella F have given us the tools we need to eat with joy and purpose. Along the way, we can lose weight, get stronger through excerise daily and feel better about ourselves. They explained the reasons why we have selected to eat due to illness, job, or whatever your trigger happens to be. Mindfulness is a new word to me and one I cherish. All their knowledge about food and the reasons people overeat, the food recipes they have created, and the excerises available, all gives us what we need to be successful, happier and enjoy those things in life that we have not been able to do because of our weight.

Majority of my lab results last week are within the normal range except one which am working on it. I met with my Primary physician that’s why I didn’t get into the group coaching call with Elri. Been sharing this Coaching to friends and my doctor and nurses esp the pharmacist assigned to me and said excellent program. If I miss calls I go through the replays. It’s so detailed that the coaches here are so confident in what they do.

I have tried to eat mindfully and prepare some of my breakfast meals in advance such as the blueberry overnight oatmeal.

I have been with this program since Sept. I joined to lose some much needed weight loss. I recently resigned for another 6 months. What I got from the beginning were coaches who are committed to seeing everyone of us reach our goals. What I got was more than just a coach I got a few all so willing and available to us at any given time. They are there for us what ever we needed even if it’s just an ear to listen to our story but to guide us along the way. They saw us through Thanksgiving telling us how to enjoy the holiday and to be mindful of what we had learned. Now we’re days away from Christmas. Again they’re spending their time with us all preparing us for probably one of the biggest Holiday’s along with Hanukkah to keep us in check. Not to tell us what we shouldn’t do but to tell us what we could do and not beat ourselves up for doing it I myself will be spending the holiday with my sister and my niece and yes, I plan to celebrate the day with them, but I also know how to pace my day. Enjoy the day and still keep with the program and if I don’t, I won’t beat myself up I will get up the next morning and I will be right back on track. So thank you all first of all my coach Sarah and my other coaches Chad, the menu guru and Glenn, our tech-support and Dr. Dell for his uplifting words that give us the strength to keep doing what we’re doing. Thank you all because signing up for this I had no idea that I would have such a wonderful group of people cheering from the sidelines for every goal we reach thank you all Diana VB.

It is that time of the year where we look back at the past year and reflect on what we have accomplished. For me, I have learned to prepare and eat healthy and clean meals. I let go of bad eating habits and embraced a new lifestyle that improves my health. Adding exercise to the new eating habits has lead to a 97 lb weight loss. It was hard work but worth every moment and pound. With guidance of Coach Del Millers I learned why I ate the way I did and how to break those bad habits. I had never been to a gym. My idea of exercise was getting off the couch to go to the refrigerator. Now I can lift weights. I walk at least 10,000 steps or more each day. I actually like to exercise. I wake up every day looking forward to what new exercises my Coach has picked for me. The coaches even create challenges that help with activity and mindset so I can get better and better. I am so grateful to Committed Coaches for helping me to become the best that I can be. I am looking forward to the next chapter where I will learn how to sustain the progress made. My friends and family are amazed at the changes I have made. When asked, I always respond with the help and support of Committed Coaches I now weigh 148lbs. It has been over 30 years since I have been at that level. For those who are looking to make a change in their health I would tell them to come join the rest of us at Committed Coaches program. The program does work
