Committed Coaches is a wonderfully organized program. It can seem a little overwhelming at first, but there is always a coach that can help you with your questions! Coach Dorota is engaging, dynamic and extremely helpful!! I have only been involved for a couple of weeks, and am looking forward to the continued coaching, videos, and resources that will support me to achieve the goals I have set for myself!

I've spent so much of my life taking care of other people's needs. I decided it was time to take care of me. I am so motivated to make better choices for my health. Drew and your crew have been so helpful in getting me started on this journey. I'm learning so much about myself and choices I have made in the past. I ate what was fast and convenient. I also tended to be an emotional eater. I'm working hard to stay balanced, focused, and calm. It's time to apply that to my food choices. I'm excited and am happy with my results so far. It isn't just about weight loss. This program is teaching me how my food choices affect so many other areas of my life.I will continue to work hard, learn as much as I can, and apply it to all areas of my life. God bless you all.

A coach named Donald was a person who doesn’t listen to what you have to say, he will talk over you He would talk to you like a kid. Donald will pretty much ignored everything you say. It was a terrible decision to do this. PLZ UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Donald stated to me that no refunds were granted. Pretty much stated that I couldn’t get my money back. YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

My coach is very patient with me. I am not adept on the phone, so she sends everything to me in email as well. She gives me step-by-step instructions so that I know what to do. Lots of encouragement too!

This is absolutely the best nutrition program ever created! It focuses on healthy nutrition not crazy diet fads. This is a program which should be embraced by all ages. My coach Melanie is extremely supportive and interactive. She understands every clients personal needs and struggles and understands how to adjust and apply the program to individual needs. She is so experienced and extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and how it impacts the body. Her classes on woman’s hormonal health are amazing and so informative. I’ve learned things that no doctor ever told me and I have thyroid problems. I can ask her any question and she always has the right informative answer. I’ve been with the program for 10 months. My issues are under eating for so long that my body conserves everything so I’m struggling to loose 10-12lbs. Melanie understands my issues and has been so helpful and supportive in helping me through this. I would highly recommend this program to anyone. It is totally worth it. We also learn how to manage stress, the benefits of strength training, and proper sleep patterns among so many other things for good health. And-how important carbs are to women’s health. The program tailors itself to individual needs since everyone is different. All the clients seem to have all kinds of health issues and Melanie is amazing in how knowledgeable she is about all these different health problems. I will definitely continue with this program. I’d be lost without it. Thank you Melanie and Committed Coaches!

Oh! What an adventure! I was paired with coach Melanie. I am so grateful our paths crossed. She is incredible, resourceful, patient, unwavering supportive & very positive to lift my spirit when I am down. A glance at my eating habits and she congratulated me on that. Then she tweaked simple/better way to combine my habits to get the most out of my meals. She will remind me often to go for consistency not perfection. Life is unpredictable and things happen. But when I fall off the wagon, discouraged for not seeing the scale moved, Melanie will advise not to give up, to dust myself off and keep going. Group encouragement is also a major support system. When I hear people going thru the same battle, it makes it human, that I am not alone. With my seven months with Committed Coaches, I lost 29 lbs from 190 lbs to 161 lbs. I was going for 40 lbs (11 lbs to go). My blood pressure is way down. Inflammation is under control, I fit comfortably in my clothes, walk with confidence and embrace hydration with a passion. Thanks to Chad, Glenn, Dr Del for taking the time to give convincing arguments on why we can/should do this for ourselves.

I appreciate the personalized support that’s available at any time. My coach understands my hurdles and gives me suggestions on how to deal with them.

I am beyond grateful for my weight loss coaches, Abigail and DJ! Down 16 pounds in 3 months was a goal, at the beginning, which seemed painful and depressing. Today, I am feeling healthier and more confident than I have in a long time. Wearing my favorite clothes again has been a fabulous reward. At 72 years of age, I have learned more about proper eating and being able to do it with food and recipes that I actually now love. I lived right across the street my from my fitness facility for 22 years and I never went. Nowadays, I go every other day and I don't want to miss a day. Thank you Committed Coaches for the constant encouragement, guidance, and accountability - you truly care, and it shows! I will not hesitate for a second to recommend Committed Coaches to any of my friends who may be struggling with weight loss and getting back into shape.
