Coach Hillary McCrumb was awesome
Coach Hillary McCrumb was awesome! She helped me focus on areas that I needed help with. She is truly very supportive and a very positive person to have in your corner. She is definitely very knowledgeable in her field, and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great coach to help you achieve your goals! Super friendly & professional!!!

My 10 Day Coaching
My coach Alexis was patient and understanding not imposing or expecting me to do anything under pressure. He listened and guided me with suggestions of small changes and structured eating which had big outcomes for me. I would highly recommend Committed Coaches to anyone.

Who Knew? Who Knew?
I have been with Committed Coaches for just over 4 months and have a wonderful experience and plan to continue with it. I love the expansive collection of coaching calls offered, the variety of opportunities to connect with other clients the "Phanatics", and the personal responses to all emails from my personal Coach Phil. Coach Phil has helped me tailor my program to fit me, even when I had to wear a boot on my broken foot for 7 LONG weeks. He helped me find exercises that fit my lifestyle and I have gone from walking only about 5 minutes without being out of breath to well over 30 minutes multiple times a day and enjoy it too. My blood glucose level has dropped dramatically as a result of my food changes. Who knew that I could learn to like some veggies I have hated for year? Who knew that I could learn to cook some things I have never tried before? Who knew I would learn to value exercise instead of dreading it? Who knew I had it in me? Who knew? MY Coach Phil! That's who!

A good head start!
This coaching experience was much better than I expected. Matt was patient, positive and made me feel like we had a personal connection. He identified my biggest obstacles right away and I feel that we made good progress in addressing them. And I really did see improvement in the way I feel.

I can’t say enough good things about…
I can’t say enough good things about this program! Every person I have talked to has been so supportive, so nonjudgmental, and so kind. I love the simplicity of the fist-palm- thumb measuring plan and the list of appropriate foods makes it so easy to create meals.I am very grateful to my coach, Dorota, for being such a caring and encouraging friend. The price is reasonable and the ability to choose the length of the program is very helpful.

Coach Andy was great to work with
