There are many helpful aspects of this…
There are many helpful aspects of this program. If your need lots of coaching, advice, and support it is available. I am self motivated and needed some guidance. It was provided and I have been successful. The coaches routinely check in with positive affirmations and guidance. All in all a wonderful experience.

My experience to date has been…
My experience to date has been successful because it is so simple and not complicated. The pattern and consistency is the key. I know I’ve just started on this journey. It’s been about a month and I’m down 10 lbs. this past week I traveled to attend my nephews wedding and before I went I prepared myself. Follow the plan and if I wanted to have dessert, I was going to. I did and didn’t feel guilty. I have found movement that I love. Walking with our son after work and tai chi walking is great. Waking after every meal has also help thanks to the great advice of Coach Ha. Mahalo for the continued support. Tiare

Happiness starts with Committed Coaches
Ever since I started this program, I have learned so much. My coach, Melanie, is terrific. She is always there when I need her and is positive in all her responses. The meal plan, recipes, and coaching calls are so helpful. I am so happy to be a part of this program. My health and weight have improved tremendously. Success of an overwieght 73 year old woman
For a 73 year old woman who had trouble keeping the weight off, I decided on 1/1/26 that I needed to make a change in my life - to help me feel better and also due to knee issues (losing the weight would help). I started out at 238 lbs. and as of today I am at 210 lbs. I am eating better (not cheating); walking (trying to maintain 2500 steps (or more) a day); and staying hydrated. Thanks to my coach, Caroline, and the staff of Committed Coaches, I am still maintaining. I am averaging 4 lbs. a month and that is great for me. I highly recommend using Committed Coaches if you are considering have a coach help you lose weight.

A Gift to Myself
I have fabulous coaches who have supported me from day one. I feel heard not lectured. I’m 71 yrs old and not too old to regain my health. I started a GLP-1 this February and realized I was missing a component and that was exercise to maintain and build muscle and endurance. I looked at many options and chose Svelte because of the support. I’m not breaking world records but I am improving with consistency and encouragement.
