Commit ActionReviews of commitaction.com

Commit action is great! They helped me get clear and highly focused on the highest leverage tasks to build my business. My coach has a good understanding of many different businesses and lingo so you can have really effective conversation and set clear tasks and milestones!

My weekly call with my Accountability Coach has made me way more productive and I have achieved a lot more in the last year than I would have done without him. My performance varies from week to week, of course, but James helps me deal with the emotional rollercoaster that is setting up a new business, so that the dips are much shorter, and much less severe, than they would otherwise be. He is professional and wise, and he is supported well by the Commit Action team so that he is always on point and ready-to-go for our conversations. Overall an absolute bargain.

Commit Action is great for helping you get the 'important but not urgent' tasks done. Has really helped me with things like recruiting that are easy to put off if no-one is holding your feet to the fire. The system is really simple but the weekly cadence of calls and setting tasks really does work and is very efficient. You also get access to some great online content especially the "Headstart" end of year review/ planning workshops which are invaluable.

My experience with Commit Action over the last few months has been great! I've been able to see opportunities in my life that I've been blind to in the past. My coach has kept my biggest goals in focus while the world of chaos continues to try to pull me off course. I highly recommend CA to anyone who is ready to focus on the important instead of the urgent and take their impact to the next level.

I'm creative, committed and recovering from a brain injury that impacted my decision-making capacity. As an entrepreneur, making the right decisions, iterating and refining are the most important things for me. I just happen to live in a brain that doesn't do those well. CommitAction is the brain outside my brain that helps me develop beyond what used to feel like a limitation. Their methodology helps me learn better decision-making and where to apply the natural discipline I already have in ways that would never occur inside my own head. Hands down, the best money I've ever spent since starting my own business.

This type of coaching is EXACTLY what I was hoping for in my freelance career. As a creative person, I have a hard time with schedules and prioritizing. So having a dedicated coach who is assigned to me and basically has become my business partner and boss — what else could I wish for? And it's very affordable, because they use technology to keep track of stuff. The investment pays off. One of the biggest gifts so far, and the first milestone that we hit, was setting up and protecting my time off. I now officially have two days off per week, I enjoy them thoroughly. It is invaluable to my inner peace and productivity.

Commit Action is a vital part of my business. By holding me accountable and helping break big projects in weekly chunks, I've been able to accomplish more than I ever imagined. If you run a business, Commit Action is for you.

Working with my Commit Action coach has been wonderful. It helps me cut through a lot of the “syndromes” that hold a lot of entrepreneurs back like analysis-paralysis, and shiny-object-syndrome. Having an accountability coach helps me stay focused on taking the RIGHT action so that I stay focused on where I want to go. Personally, I don’t suffer from procrastination, but I do tend to get a LOT of ideas and I tend to overthink all of those ideas. Working with Commit Action has forced me to triage my brain and business every week and to pick THREE (just THREE) top priorities to focus on each week. As my own boss, I also tend to let myself off the hook when I move out of my comfort zone. Having a coach to help me set bold action goals is great, and then being held accountable to actually PUSH PAST MY LIMITS has been even better. All entrepreneurs need that support and encouragement I think. I like that my coach, Hannah, doesn’t let me bowl her over either. She stands her ground on what’s best for me and always gives it to me straight. Entrepreneurs are also often surrounded by yes-men so this is refreshing as well.
