I wasn't sure when I started but I'm about 3-4 months in now and things are snowballing along nicely. I commit to 2-3 tasks/projects per week and keep them manageable and that has been a game changer. I look forward to compounding this further and see where this goes. Exciting.

Commit Action, like a genie, makes your wishes come true but rather than something from a storybook this is real. You get a personal coach whose mission is to put your big dreams - those things you know are important but you never seem to have time for - front and center. They help you figure out your big hairy audacious goals, map the steps needed to attain those goals, and are with you every step at the way as you do the steps. There's even a great web app of to-do items that you work on with your coach. When you feel resistance, fear, confusion, overwhelm, procrastination - and you will - your coach is armed with scientifically tested tools to help you obliterate your obstacles. There's also a huge database of talks loaded with information on a host of issues you may run into. Commit Action may not be literal magic - but when you see your tiny steps accumulate into dreams coming true it sure feels like it!

CommitAction has a well tested and effective mix of weekly coaching focusing on key actions, and support materials from live webinars and a library of previous webinars. The weekly short coaching sessions are the mainstay of the program. Through conversations with my coach James, I have been able to clarify the key strands of work that drive success for my new business and set achievable weekly tasks. The webinars have been especially helpful in understanding why we behave in certain ways and providing strategies in times of challenge. Finding new strategies and information is easy for business owners and entrepreneurs. What is is lacking is accountability and focus - CommitAction provides this in a time efficient and cost effective manner.

Commit Action has provided to me the coaching that I knew I have always needed, but never knew where to find it. As a business owner, we call the shots. We come and go as we please and we don't have to answer to anyone, ever. This is what we have all signed up for, that sense of power and freedom, but what they don't tell you is that as an entrepreneur, you may get TOO much freedom. And that's what my struggle was, to do whatever I wanted, and never had anyone to hold me accountable on whether a task was completed, because if it wasn't completed, who was going to say anything to me? Who was I letting down? No one. And that caused way too much comfortability for me and forced me to seek help. In comes Commit Action - this company has changed my life. I have been a part of CA for nearly 90 days now, and my productivity has been through the roof! Prior to CA, I have had a to-do list with over 75+ action items that have continued to set on my sheet for 6+ months, with no attempt of completion, and within 90 days of working with my AWESOME and AMAZING coach Hannah, I have cut that list of 75+ items down to 8!! I sit back and look at my list and can't believe how many tasks have been marked completed!! It's exciting to see and has created this great momentum for me in which I seek marking things 'completed.' It's very similar to a runner's high, that once you get going, you just keep going and it's pure satisfaction. My life has changed tremendously, and it wouldn't be without the help of Hannah checking up on me 3-4x a week to see how I am doing, and our calls to make sure I am on task, but also changing my way of speaking from, "I will 'start' this task this week", to, "I will finish this task this week." Just the little things have gone a long way and it has created daily habits for me that has made me truly enjoy being an entrepreneur again. I am extremely excited to see what is in store for me and my company with the aid of CA at my side.

Commit Action provides a supportive framework of accountability, not only for meeting goals but making them. It's been helpful to have reminders to make measurable goals and layout steps to move the needle. In only 5 months, I've created habits and efficiencies I hadn't considered, and in doing so created momentum for growth I didn't expect.

I've been a Commit Action member for almost a year now. The weekly calls are a helpful "reset" to get back on track, see what I've gotten done, and set new goals for the upcoming week. My experience with CommitAction has brought a level of accountability back to my business. In turn, that accountability has made my weeks more productive and disciplined.
