Total fraud!! Took more money than invoice amount and in a different name. No addresses or ‘phone numbers and ignore emails!!

Would rate zero if possible!! Ordered a calendar-price different than this taken from my account! Made complaint and received refund of this difference. But then..Well...my parcel hasn't been delivered to me but says in the email that it has! Raised the complaint. Since few weeks I'm being send to the seller then to the courier - Evri- then back to the seller then to customer service- BOT..and so on..want the refund but apparently nobody bother! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't bother. Waste of time and money!! I'm about to take it further- that's for sure !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery took well over a month. When my bra did arrive the size was what I ordered but didn’t fit even though I followed the websites guidelines for sizing. I have been trying now for over a month to get a refund (I also said I would have been happy with an exchange at the start) the support team had the cheek to ask me if I would just give it to someone else as a gift as it was such good quality. I said no I wanted a refund and they have pretty much ghosted me since. I’m recommended everyone to stay well away from this company!

Absolutely shocking ! Quality of goods were crap. Sizes are untrue for UK.Still fighting for a refund ! BEWARE

Still waiting for my parcel nearly 2 months now think they are scammers

commencel.com DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Bought bras from them back on 17th July. We are now 4th Sept and my parcel has been 'stuck' In Manchester,M25 1DT since 13th August. I have sent over emails every other day and keep getting fobbed off. They telling me it will arrive. Save your money and hassle. Don't use please

They deserve No stars. Rubbish. Steer clear. Only interested in your money. Absolutely the worst business I have every ordered from. I order 1 product (as I was prompted to order more to get a better discount) Approx a month later I received my parcel only to discover they had sent a completely different item which was only good for the bin. After many emails backwards and forwards getting no where and I believe it was a robot that was replying to my emails because they kept saying the same rubbish reply. Stay away form this company

Ordered a bra on the 11th July and I am yet to receive it. I have been emailing back and forth with support. They have said that the bra has been delivered and I need to file a case with the shipping company. I don't even know who the shipping company is. I have asked for a full refund and they are refusing to give me my money back. Absolute disgrace of a company and after reading all these reviews I wish I had never ordered. SCAMMERS!!!
