I'm still waiting for some form face cream off face book being about 4 weeks the tracking hasn't even moved no it's gonna be crap so why do we buy this I'm hoping it works if not could wasted 13.00 quid on McDonald's lol still waiting

As other reviews - ordered through Facebook a bra and a free bra. Both came after weeks completely wrong size much smaller than it should be. Not true to size at all. It’s definitely not a E cup if it’s not covering half my boob!!! The “free” bra is also SMALLER than the purchased bra when they are supposedly the same size. Requested a return and refund. Was offered £4 which then increased to a maximum of £6 after paying £19 for the parcel. Was told cannot return as will cost too much. Completely refusing to help disgusting. Do not buy.

Wrong size sent by the company and took over 5 weeks to arrive. I ordered though a facebook ad, i am a sucker for a good advert but have learned my lesson! The bra i received was the wrong size and on checking my order it is not what i ordered. Customer services said it was what i ordered so offered me £2 compensation. I declined and asked to return it. Like other reviewers i was met with excuses that it would be too expensive to return. I asked that they send me the correct size but was told they have. I sent a screen shot of my order and they still tried to say I ordered a smaller size!! I am stuck with a too small bra and out of pocket. Simply a con!!

Purchased through Facebook ad. Checked T&C's and returns policy before ordering which seemed fine. Received the goods 3 weeks later (China via Honolulu!). Items looked ok but did not fit. This is where the run-around started. They told me it would be 'high cost' to me to return them as they need to be posted to China. They eventually offered me £4 compo which is not acceptable. They don't seem to think anything is wrong with not telling customers up front about where goods come from and the cost of returning them if they don't fit. Shocking customer service. I'll be putting this info in the Facebook ad comments to make customers aware before they buy.

Ordered 2 strapless bras one black and one white and some Lucy pants. After a 5 week wait they finally arrived. The two bras aren’t even the same design completely different and are minuscule no way are they the size I ordered, on the other hand the pants are huge and don’t resemble the picture at all. Just a warning do not order from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They overcharged me which I disputed with PayPal and did recieve the difference however after 3+ weeks the items arrived no where near the size that is advertised, unable to contact anyone for a return or refund. I will be reading reviews before buying anything else off social media. Absolute scam!

Would rate zero if could. Thet take your money and you receive nothing. They either ignore your emails or direct you to 'customer service' which is just a chatbot. Complete rip off

Brought a strapless bra they advertise for larger sizes. When I ordered took more money than the price advertised. Complained and was given the difference back. Item arrived today after I think 3 weeks. Absolute Rubbish nothing like the item advertised. Contacted just get a message from a bot . Total con advertised on social media. Clearly they don't check the companies & allow this fraud to take place.
