Ordered the sweatshirt as a gift. Tracking too over a month to say "delivered" and it was not. The only way to contact customer service is through chat and it is obviously not a real person because no matter what I write, it says the same thing "checked with shipping company and it was successfully delivered". I checked my cameras and no delivery was made and none of the shipping companies (usps, fedex, ups) have record of the tracking number given in my e-mail. It's been 3 weeks since the supposed "delivery" and I'm still trying to get them to tell me what company was used for delivery.

First the order was suppose to be for the holidays and I finally 1/27/24 received the order and the size was wrong. Shame on me for online purchase.

first of all, made me believe that this was coming from Ireland when it was actually coming from China. After well over a month, they told me it was delivered, and of course, I never received anything. Customer service blew me off and they have to website/store. Do not use!!!!

Ordered a grinch sweatshirt on 12/6/23 it is now 1/22/24, I suppose I should have specified the year I wanted it! Can't get anything expect that order is sitting here waiting on customs, nothing but email IF you can get anyone to respond. Has been sitting at one location since 1/8/24 for weeks, no update. Will not buy from again! Terrible!

Do not order from this company. I ordered back in November and just received the merchandise the second week in January. When trying to contact them only through email to get an address for a refund I have gotten nothing but a run around. Several correspondence back and forth and no return address . Do not order from this company!!! I ordered sweatshirts and the quality is not like sweatshirt material.

This company's website is identical to another one called Whitecloths.com. Same exact clothes and promotions. Trustpilot called it a scam as well! I didn't research it because it's set up so well and it was represented as a legit Christian business. Shame on me. They added to the total after I checked out. Then sent me an email stating that the charge would appear as Ascribei*UK - it did and it was $14.00 more than when I checked out! No way to contact a customer service person - even through email! My response to their email was another run around. I had to submit a fraudulent claim to my bank, and cancel my card! Always research online businesses!!!

Ordered a sweatshirt December 4, 2023. Supposedly processed and shipped Dec 7. Ambiguous tracking info the entire time and then suddenly deliver Jan 5 2024. No package ever arrived. I contacted customer support; that’s a joke. No reply. I requested a refund. No reply. Enjoy the $33 because I will put this place on Blast any chance I get. It better not show up in my Facebook feed again. Buyer beware! Don’t buy from them!!!

Definitely a scam! Ordered grinch sweatshirts in November. At first, I was charged incorrectly. I emailed and that was actually fixed. I kept checking the order to Sarah’s updates and there were none. After a month of questioning I finally received a tracking number. After Christmas, the tracking said it was still at a post office hub. The tracking number finally changed, but it said it was delivered on December 4. I emailed for a refund, and haven’t heard a thing.
