Seems like all the positive reviews say the same thing, as if they are from the company having several people write in a bogus review for them. I will just write off my loss of $40, lesson learned.

They will not take returns or exchanges. Their products are cheap.

Nothing but criminal scam. China based. Shipping is a joke. Sue Paypal in small claims to get your money back. Paypal and Facebook need to be held accountable for allowing this company to business on thier website.

If I could give a negative review below zero, I would. I was charged an additional $11 from what my receipt shows. If I could give PayPal a -100 review on this, I would as well. They say you have protection, but they protect scammers like this who charge hidden fees. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but they somehow ruled in the seller's favor. I can't paste the chat reply from PayPal customer service with the BS reason why it was perfectly fine for me to be charged additional fees from what my receipt said, because the agent closed the window and kicked me off after I kept insisting they give me a legitimate answer.

Do not order from this company. The clothes on their website look amazing but this is not what you will get. Ordered 4 “embroidered linen” garments which were neither linen nor embroidered. It looks like they had printed a photo of embroidered linen onto the cheapest man made fabric they could find and then made some clothes with them, very badly. Customer service is non- existent, after several emails and having to take photos of the rubbish I had received I am still awaiting a refund. Beware.

I ordered an Eww people Grinch sweatshirt that I never received. Additionally they charged me $9 more than what my final total was (even sent in email confirmation). I tried disputing the order with PayPal and Citibank but as Comfy Boutique said it had been delivered neither entity would refund my money.

NEVER again will I EVER order anything from here again. I ordered a grinch pullover hoodie in early November 2023, and it is now February 2024 and I STILL have yet to review my sweater. Very disappointed. I kept getting emails for the first few weeks of where the the sweater was (customs of Canada, said it a few times in a few separate emails). And that was mid December. NEVER again will I order anything from here. I don’t recommend you either unless you really want to waste $50 plus!
