Wrong color
Wrong color I ordered Burgundy, got red. The stripes run side to side, should be up and down (Queen size). The fabric feels cheap.

Sheets are not as described. Fabric is very very thin and from India. Not made in USA.

Poor customer service followup
The product was fine, but I was charged for two products even though I had cancelled the order for the second product. I was assured that I would receive a prompt refund but that has not happened. If I don't receive the refund within the next few days I will challenge the charge through my credit card company.

The ruffles on the quilt look great in…
The ruffles on the quilt look great in person, but aren’t attached, so they flip up easily. But if you don’t like them, they are not able to be returned. I have emailed multiple times, told once I could exchange them, and no response after that.

Disappointed the company logo is missing.
1. I received the package one week after the delivery date because it was delivered to the wrong address. Thanks to an honest resident who turned the package to the leasing office finally got it. 2. The color looks as good as it is shown but I am disappointed that the pillows are missing the logo which made it unique. I found this to be misleading. 3. My fear now is what will happen to the color? (I haven't washed it yet because I got it yesterday, 10/5/22). Will it fade as a lot of garments made in India, Pakistan and many other places do? Whatever the outcome, once it is washed it will be too late to do anything about it but that will definitely determine whether I will be a one-time customer or not.

I did not receive my whole order
I did not receive my whole order. Contacted both the business plus and PayPal. Still waiting for the rest of the order. Did receive the comforter but not the sheets. Comforter is very nice quality.
