The ordering was easy and efficient
The ordering was easy and reasonably fast and efficient. I received them within 2 weeks in NZ. The sizing guide is good… I am a medium and they are a good fit but I feel as though a bigger cup would hold me in a better.

CHINESE HANDEL
Bestelling is na bijna een maand nog steeds niet aangekomen. De communicatie is erg slecht: ik heb meerdere mails gestuurd en slechts één reactie gekregen, daarna opnieuw dagenlang stilte. Ook via Facebook en Trustpilot heb ik ondertussen al tientallen berichten gestuurd, maar er komt geen enkele inhoudelijke reactie meer. Wat opvalt: het product lijkt rechtstreeks uit China te komen en is identiek aan goedkopere producten die je op Temu vindt, maar dan met een veel hogere prijs. Daarnaast blijkt retour zenden alleen mogelijk naar China, met kosten rond de €25, wat vooraf niet duidelijk werd vermeld. Op basis van deze ervaring voelt dit niet transparant en zeer klantonvriendelijk aan. Ik wacht nog steeds op een oplossing of terugbetaling.

Bestellingen worden via een internationaal logistiek netwerk verwerkt, waardoor levertijden soms langer kunnen zijn dan verwacht. Retouren worden altijd via ons retourproces geregeld, waarbij je na aanmelding de juiste instructies ontvangt. De retourlocatie kan per situatie verschillen, maar dit wordt altijd vooraf met je gedeeld door onze klantenservice. We willen dit graag voor je nakijken en oplossen. Exceptional Cusomer Service
The customer service provided by Comfit Underwear is exceptional. The size I ordered was too small. So they let me keep it and then I ordered the correct size free of charge and paid the shipping fee to return it which was $15.00. I received the correct my correct size and I am delighted with it. I would reorder from them again.

It takes a long time to get here but…
It takes a long time to get here but there is a lot of communication, which is good. I love my bras, they are very comfortable.
