Excellent customer service. I received multiple order updates. I'd recommend buying a size above what the size chart says. My first order, the bras were a tight fit across the back and shoulders, though perfectly fine in the cups. Instead of a return, I was offered a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. They also said they didn't want the product back so I'm donating the bras that don't fit to a charity that provides job interview outfits, since they don't fit me. My current order arrived today and the bras are comfortable and a perfect fit. I'll definitely be purchasing from this store again.

Bras looked and felt beautiful but a bit too small, as I wasn't sure on size. Customer service were very quick to answer my questions and help me refund for a bigger size. Very quick and easy process. Got my new ones now and perfect, so comfy. Will be ordering more.

This is a wonderful purchase. However, I think I should have ordered the XXL (deep sigh of sadness). However I can wear the bras I ordered and they really are, pretty, and comfortable. I m in the process of losing weight and combined with wear, they will have a little more give around the back. I would definitely buy again. Helen
