Don't trust them, the staff have the intellect of a slug! I transferred my service, 6 months later I got turned int a collections department for early termination fees and late bills! I dared them to sue me. I had all the paperwork for the transfer. Then they proceeded to file paperwork against themselves and escalate it against themselves. What an idiot company! Will never go back after this contract is up. OMG no one can be as stupid as Comcast business support! Honestly they should put monkeys in there to answer the phones! Chimps be a'chimpin! Just AXE them yourself!

Last year I set up internet service upstairs in a a office building and this year I wanted to move downstairs and I moved my office downstairs I moved the box and all and called the Comcast and made them aware I moved my box to downstairs and they sent a tech to add a extra wire to move it from up stairs to downstairs. They made a new account and charge me as a new customer and I called the help line they didn't even want to understand my concern I am not a new customer. I find it sad that Comcast would not even waive a new fee after I pay on auto pay and everything. This is how they treat their customers.

We have been with comcast for over 25 years, 2nd generation here. Equipment stopped working so we upgraded in August 2025. In April 2026 our landlord cancelled our lease, And we decided not to continue with our business. Comcast would NOT cancel our services if we did not sign for a a months notice and early termination fee which we did on 4/22/2026. None of which were stated in our contract as necessary should we ever terminate! We returned our equipment on 5/6/2026 and Comcast acknowledged the return on 6/21/2026 (6 weeks later). Everyday since we terminated in April, we have been harassed telephonically at least twice daily for the equipment, yet I have emails from Comcast acknowledging the return and finality of it. We have since termination, been billed over $1000 for April, May and June. Refunded partially for June. And billed an early termination of $945. No remorse. No assistance after 25 years as a customer and an ongoing customer. Well I guess you have now lost me as one for good. NEVER AGAIN! Absolutely disgusting and money hungry!

Comcast Business is one of the worst experiences I have had a business owner. We have had tech support out over 10 times in the past year for the same issue. Every tech was contracted and gave zero attention to the actual issue. I have been paying over $700 a month for cable service that has never worked! Finally I had to physically show there so called qualified tech how to fix the issue. I am canceling all of my services for all my businesses and homes

BUSINESS INTERNET SHOULD NOT GO DOWN REGULARLY!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Do not do NOT get Comcast for your business!!!! It’s a nightmare and I’m stuck until my contract is up then I’m going anywhere else! They don’t even care if your internet is down all day and affects business. It’s as bad as dealing with consumers energy. SO BAD and FORGET customer service. It doesn’t exist… IF you’re even able to get to a human without 10,000 answers and codes etc. it’s pathetic don’t get it!

Women Business Owners Beware! We were taken advantage of by Comcast Business Voice Edge. We were oversold with 5 seats when only 1–2 were needed. Complex system that staff could not effectively use. Problems updating holiday and seasonal greetings. Billing higher than the original agreement and double-billing issues. I Have ticket number complaint. Multiple unresolved support tickets. Three more ticket numbers they have ignored and left unresolved. Conflicting instructions from different representatives. Difficulty canceling service after the contract expired.

Don’t recommend. Bad experience with internet service and customer service, tricky contract and billing

Lying scumbags! They said internet and phone would be $85/mo. All the hidden fees later bill came to $129/mo. They slowly ratcheted prices up. I terminated the contract and they had hidden fees on a separate terms and conditions document that I have to pay them $35/mo for the remainder of the contract =$315. Don't give these people your business! They lie and omit information in order to nickel and dime you.
