Great gear, awesome mission.

First time shopper at Combat Iron and the experience was efficient. Purchased a trucker style hat with a low profile and fits exactly how I like them to fit. Plus I purchased the 50L duffle bag and it is well made with durable stitching and fabric. I have a feeling I will own this awesome bag for a very long time. May outlast me...so I may need to put it in my will for the kids to fight over.

Your customer service is terrible! If i could give 0 stars I would. This is my third order. I dont know why I keep ordering because I have an issue every single time! I was suppose to get a 20% discount for ordering through the app. I did not and my email about is still unanswered. Last time I ordered it took over 3 weeks to even process my order and ship. Multiple emails and calls went un answered till after I received my order. Long explanation was given about what happened but apparently nothing has changed.

Ordering process was easy. Shipping was super fast.
