If I could give these guys negative I would. I ordered boots on August 30th, get an email saying my order has been confirmed. That was the only thing that went right so far. As of Sept 14th I don't have my boots and they haven't even left their store (according to fedex). These guys NEVER answer the phone, NEVER. Their chat service NON-EXISTENT. I have sent a bunch of emails and they will respond after a few days have passed. They were supposed to refund my shipping cost - hasn't happened yet. This is only the 3rd review I have ever left in my life. This company is terrible

I had an exceptional experience with Combat Footwear. Quick replies and input, clarity in messages and genuine showcase of understanding and willingness to help. Was happy with the purchase and looking forward to buy more from them.

I paid $160 for some boots on their website and they were more narrow than I thought they would be and I had to return them it cost $63 total just to return the boots $40 to ship them back and another $23 in “restocking fees” it’s a total scam they know every shoe brand fits a little different and people are gonna end up accidentally getting shoes that don’t fit and they 100% take advantage of you for it I will never use them again and I’m going to tell anyone ordering new boots to never use their website I ended up ordering on amazon and having a way better experience

I had called a few other companies but no one I spoke with could speak knowledgeably about the various boots I was looking at. Here, I was given multiple choices and tons of explanations; he was so knowledgeable that I let him choose my wife’s military boots! I will never shop elsewhere.
