In my first dealing with this company, I stupidly ordered the wrong product after several people recommending the extra strength dream coat anti frizz product. I got in touch with the company after closing hours for them to immediately respond upon opening, and make arrangements for the order to be cancelled so I may avoid hassle in returning and ordering a new one. Normally companies do not assist as kindly and I was expecting it to be sent out as I have had done so many time previously upon a cancellation request.
