I purchased the WOW Dream Cocktail to add volume to my hair but it left my hair feeling very dry and difficult to put a comb through it. The product is applied when your hair is wet. After you have blow dried your hair it feels like you have used dry shampoo!!! In my opinion it is a complete waste of money

Recently purchased the new money laundering shampoo & conditioner and to say I'm disappointed in these products would be an understatement! It's left my hair extremely dry and brittle and considering the cost of these, I will not be purchasing again. I originally purchased them through Just my Look website so emailed them with my complaint. They basically werent interested so contacted Colour Wow directly and was told because I had purchased through another site they wouldnt take any responsability and only offered a 15% discount on their site which can be obtained if you sign up to emails so completely pointless!! So the best part of £50 down the drain!!

iv been using colour wow for a while now , love it , i felt i needed to share my experience, i used the colour wow dream coat ( be careful of fakes on tiq toc) . and it does exactly what it says it does , it waterproofs your hair , a seagull pooed on my head and it easily just wiped off leaving no soaked in stuff. , brilliant ..

I have used colour Wow for a long time and many products. For Mother’s Day this year I was bought the dream filter which the pump spray is broken so product unusable . I emailed colour Wow and unless I provided a receipt (16 yr old paid cash and did not keep receipt ) wow cannot help as they needed to ensure authenticity despite requiring a video and lot numbers. I was not asking for a refund or even a replacement but a pump that actually worked.Their internal policies do not allow a replacement pump . Out of principle my relationship with colour wow has ended and will find a company that is more user friendly

Placed an order 1072063UK they said it was delivered however i did not receive it. I mailed them and they asked me to check the bushes!!! I mailed back stating i could not find the parcel and they have ignored me since then. Do not buy from them. Their customer service is clearly not good by the write up they have. I am still waiting for refund or product

Having read all the so-called product reviews, I ordered the spray which is supposed to give remarkable volume to my very fine & soft hair. It did absolutely nothing, in fact my hair felt even flatter than usual. A complete waste of £25.

Ive been using WOW products for years. I was offered a special deal with a free shampoo. I placed my order for a texture product and paid around £7.00 for next day delivery. My ordered was delivered 3vdays later. Telephoned 3 times left messages no response. Sent several emails and got a response after around 5 emails. I asked for a phone call but they dont ring you. They have refunded the postage costs but they don't seem to care about providing a good service I love the products but won't order from them again

This company is appalling a robot on customer service line They never respond I would advise anyone not to order from this company There is one good review which was obviously written by someone who works for the company
