Never enough stock for special drops, animal crossing was a disaster.

I haven't had an issue with Colourpop personally. I've ordered from them 4 times already and everything for me has been GREAT! However... I've seen a ton of customers complaining about the customer service, products missing, products taking months to arrive (clearly they over sold a sold out item and are not communicating that to their customers and just have them wait until they restock it a month+ later), and overall just a poor return/exchange policy which doesn't even exist. I'd give it 5 stars based on my own experiences which were amazing but I cannot just ignore all the negative things I've seen in regards to the poor customer service from a good amount of customers. This company needs to listen to their customers more and improve customer service. Seems like they do not care much about them. I do not see myself re purchasing from Colourpop again until they fix the issues at hand.

Generally happy with most the products but delivery time was over a month

Everything arrived here in a decent amount of time, considering I am in the UK. But both my balloon pop shadows arrived smashed to pieces. But I would happily buy from here again.

The shipping took a month and I had to pay 22 euro extra, but it came in good condition.

The eyeshadow quad still reeks of chemicals. Some of the lids of the gel eyeliners were not screwed on properly and I even found a hair in one of them. The products perform fine but it was slightly concerning.

One of the products arrive shattered and you couldn’t replace.

Nice products but took a while to arrive. I know demand was high for the product but other friends had received thief’s and mine had not even been shipped in the first two weeks. When emailing I got a generic cut and paste email back, felt very undervalued as a customer. Someone on your Instagram team managed to help me with my problem they were great but the customer service team were poor. No good will gesture inside the package was give either. I felt that the customer service team were not personalble and it will put me off purchasing again
