The prices keep going up, especially now that the duties and taxes are included, which I’ve never had to pay before. The products are usually really good, but the shipping isn’t fast. Last time I had a brow pencil with a problem (the cap wouldn’t close) and the only thing they could do was give me a 5$ coupon (which didn’t last long) that I never used because you couldn’t combine it with any other offer and I wasn’t going to place an order just for the brow pencil because of the shipping. I know there isn’t much they can do but it I haven’t had the best experiences with my latest orders, and I never used to have any before.

With no option for refunds or recourse for missing packages - they need to work on their business model.

While I love the products, I won’t buy from the website again. I ordered on November 30th got an email the 8th for shipping and that was it, tracking never updated and I get this year was much busier than normal. But I had ordered from other companies and got atleast an email letting me know things are taking longer than normal. I finally reach out and get an email they are resending and one item was out of stock so I got a coupon for that item which was on sale and can’t used with promotional periods, when I purchased the item during a promotion so that coupon does me no good doesnt even cover the product I should have gotten

Been a week still have nothing but an order confirmation wish they’d keep their customers more updated so we knew what was going on. Even if they have shipping packing issues whatever the case feel like after a week they should at least say “hey we’re sorry still hasn’t shipped yet but we are working on it” not just silence makes me nervous like am I even gonna get it? I know there covid but still some sort of communication would be nice.

i still haven't received my order and its been over a month

There is too much delay I ordered since November and I didn’t receive my package yet. You are working with the worst shipping company. They ordered 1/4 of my shipment price ! As a vat for delivery cost! I am really not satisfied and I didn’t receive it until now 10/1
