Price dropped down even before I receive my order feel like they’re not worth it.

Never received my items and was never contacted back when I reached out for a refund or a replacement.

Truly love the colors in the fad in to hue pallet but the problem is the pallet is flimsy. From the day I got it the pans inside were all loose. And sadly I lost a dark blue and purple to because they fell out and broke. If they made the pallets better I would buy again I love the colors

Ware liegt seit 06.07.22 (wahrscheinlich) beim Zoll. Nochmalige kostenlose Zusendung (wie angeboten) möchte ich nicht. Mal sehen, wie es weiter geht. Update 28.8.22: Nochimmer liegt meine Ware beim Zoll und nochimmer wird mir angeboten, mir nochmal die Ware zuzusenden, aber ich soll bitte eine andere Adresse angeben. Damit dasselbe nochmal passiert und/oder ich vielleicht EUst doppelt zahle?Da es keinen Fortschritt gibt,( zb. Rücksendung durch Zoll)gibt es kein Geld zurück.

Haven't received the package in 2 months, don't even know where it is, feel really bad, want to ask for a refund and won't buy this item again.

The colors were atrocious. They look NOTHING like the pictures or item descriptions. Actually, they looked like cheap Walmart makeup or worse. Nothing was salvageable. And no returns??? Wonder why? I will never buy from them again nor would I embarrass myself by recommending this brand to anyone I know. Just awful. Such a disappointment. I'm out $50, such a waste of money.
