It's more than a week past the date i was supposed to get my package and according to the tracking site it still has not moved at all, very likely ist completely lost. The colourpop team I was supposed to contact keep saying it will come eventually but I doubt it .

I love colourpop. You guys have affordable make up with amazing quality. However, your international shipping needs hella work. You can’t have us waiting over a month with no updates where our packages are, especially when there’s 60usd worth of stuff in there!

I made an order during their cyber week sale and just barely got it in time for Christmas (received on Dec. 22nd in the evening). When I finally opened it, it was someone else’s order completely. So I did not receive the special gift set I ordered specifically for a Christmas gift. I have yet to hear back from colorpop’s customer support team at all, despite having sent in the necessary photos and information as soon as I received the (wrong) package.
