They make mistakes and don't solve them
I made a huge purchase, and they forgot to send me some products, when I wrote to them to see what happened, they just give me back part of the money that I pay for those products without asking. When I wrote to them again saying that I didn't want the refund that I want the products or at least a gift card for pay the shipping costs (which were included with the previous order) because they made a mistake and I don't understand why I have to pay the shipping costs trying to order again those product, they just ignore me and say to me that "they can't do anything because the refund was already done" as an excuse, because when I say that I can give them back the refund or that they can give me a gift card to pay the shipping costs they ignore me and don't answer any of my emails anymore
