The launches of very popular collection such as the sailor moon collection and the animal collection were highly anticipated. However the purchasing of these items on launch or restock day is a nightmare. The site crashes and even if you're on the pay screen it just puts you back in the queue line (my personal experience) on the third restock I was finally able to get my hands on the animal crossing collection. The makeup is amazing and great quality. I love this brand but the purchasing aspect for big drops is really annoying and frustrating.

The products are great but I feel that the company lacks in customer service. Many people received broken or missing products in the animal crossing launch and contacted the company only to never hear back. It is very disappointing.

Love the quality of all the products literally my fave, however I’ve received many broken products and the whole animal crossing launch was bs that I ordered the first launch and so many people got theirs before mine even though they didn’t order on launch day so, probably won’t be trying anything new. Super annoyed by that.

Makeup is great but they need work on their customer service. It shouldn't take two weeks to get a reply about a refund, Only to be reply to when your package finally gets shipped.
