Products are great, but customer service has yet to respond to me about the damaged product that arrived from my most recent order.

I’m an international buyer and My palettes is damaged and broken when it arrive. It was soak and wet during shipment. I hope they will provide a new shipping method instead of using DHL. There’s no plastic sheet in the palette and the powder was cracked. Perhaps be more mindful of the for overseas shipping.

I got my package in the mail and opened it and 2 of my pallets was broken. I never had a problem before. Email customer service, so hopefully they send me new ones.

It took my order "The Child" almost two months to finally be delivered and i had to change my delivery address to finally get the package. And when I opened the palette, the colours were a little smudged all over the place and the colours weren't all evenly filled. the quality isn't bad, it works just fine and I'm happy with the product overall, but having to wait so long, ordering twice and then seeing that the quality was average, was very disappointing.

The overall product was fantastic according to my girlfriend but as far as packaging shipping and worst of all the customer service I was not pleased

The product came a little used looking so I wish that didn't happen.

I received a broken highlighter, I got sent another one and it was broken too.

Delivery time was terrible
