Wonderful site, got everything I ordered no issues. Got shipping notifications, as I live in the UK it obviously takes a little longer to arrive and shipping fees are higher than UK sites but that is to be expected.

Overall I'm happy with my order and the process. Since I'm from Germany, the delivery took some time, not least because of the snow at that time. But that's not Colourpop's fault!

I got the animal crossing Isabelle eyeshadow palette and blush, sailor moon palette and lipglosses & no filter foundation, all amazing products & good value for money & ordered earlier than expected. :)

Amazing selection of products, I ordered from the U.K. and seeing all the bad reviews I decided to gamble and try it. (Because I’m an animal crossing fiend and I cannot be stopped). The order took a small while to dispatch but I wasn’t fussed cause of the current climate and having to cut back on work force etc. The shipping was expensive. BUT... paying for your customs ahead means you don’t get stung with some horrendous charge. DHL were great including the tracking updates and delivery. My order arrived in a cute animal crossing package which I thought was really cool touch! My products are absolutely gorgeous! I will treasure them forever and ever. So much so I made a second order a couple weeks after and bought another eye shadow and little eyeshadow thingy plus some sailor moon stuff. (Which again I had no issues with and everything arrived safe). Overall my experience was brilliant and I haven’t had a single issue with either of my orders. I expected broken eyeshadows and god knows what from what I’ve read but they were bubbled wrapped individually with super duper bubble wrap which has mega firm bubbles lol. You could probably throw it off the tallest building and it would still be fine. I’m sure I will be ordering with you again soon! 🌈 I’d also like to add I don’t actually wear makeup ever but I literally just wanted these items so badly that I got them. 💜😻
