Emailed about receiving a damaged item and never got a response.

One of my items was damaged, and after sending multiple emails to customer service I still haven’t heard anything back. I love all of the rest of my products though.

I ordered from colourpop and from glam lite the same day. And glam lite’s products got to me a week and half faster then colourpop. This was a issue for me. It took to long to ship.

I don’t exactly understand what everyone raves about. Shadows are okay but customer service sucked and turn around times was atrocious.

I can’t track my order, I use the USPS TRACKING NUMBER but always apearse that it can’t be found, my order arrived perfect but i should want to now were my order is

I love Colorpop products but I wish if there was an option for returns. Sometimes the color displayed in the picture does not match the actual product. So, it makes it very difficult to decide if you want to purchase them or not, especially since you cannot return them.

Love the palette and colors but 2 of my shimmer color pots already fell out! They weren't secured in the pot well. Luckily they didn't fall apart and I was able to get them back in but I have to be careful with the whole palette
