I reached out to customer service about my order #17923217 I reached out about the discount not coming off on my order. I purchased the Sol bronzer and added the brush along with it for $6. I reached out the first time and they cancelled my order...that was not what I asked for. It has been a month and I have still heard nothing. I LOVE the product but annoyed that I never got my discount.

Pedí 3 paletas, 1 de ellas era personalizada del tamaño de 9 sombras y solo me llegaron 8. I am very disappointed I the size of the eye shadow pallets I got they are so small looking at the picture I thought they would be bigger. I can't believe that the lippie pencils I bought don't twist up or sharpen just a tiny bit of product in it. I will not buy from color pop again & will not recomend!

I'm giving this poor review because I received my purchase a while ago. As in I got it the week of Christmas. I opened the package and discovered a few items were damaged. I sent an email regarding the issue to the customer service at colorpop knowing that I probably wouldnt hear back until the first week in January because of the holidays and I was ok with that. However, at this point in time, I have yet to hear back from them at all and am very disappointed by their lack of response. Not sure I will place an order with them again or not.

Its very frustrating seeing you guys remove all the deeper shades of blushes, highlighters, bronzers, etc. Your brand has become exclusive. Bipoc seem to not have options when it comes to your brand. Most of your launches are not bipoc friendly. Its also frustrating that you discontinue products so often and never have enough stock for limited edition launches. I am becoming more and more disappointed with your brand every day. please do better. you have the capacity to cater products to bipoc.
