Since I live in the EU and heard about the horrendous shipping experience that others had to go through I shipped it to a friend in the US and guess what they just lost the package. And had no apology or explanation, just we’ll send it again and if you still don’t get it, we won’t refund you. Sucks to suck ig. I will NEVER be shopping from them again.

I wish I could give you a 0 star rating! I got the same wrong product from you 4 TIMES! In the SAME wrong box!! You guys absolutely suck ass. I wanted a coconut LIP BALM. I got a lip SCRUB in a BALM BOX. 4 TIMES. They never gave me the right product.

First of all - customer support does not reply to mails. Secondly, I made an order and the order did not go through due to connection issues, but they charged me the 30usd nevertheless, despite that the order did not go through properly!!
