I made a complaint to inform that there was an item missing from my order and even after more than 72 working hours, no one has answered yet.

Shipping took a very long time (almost 2 months), but that was probably because of the customs. Almost all of the products arrived in perfect condition. The super shock shadows arrived really damaged (probably due to transportation). But all of the glitters look absolutely amazing, so I'm happy with that.

I received a different palette that I didn’t order instead of the one I did order. The receipt in the box was showing the correct order I placed. In the order previous to that I had two pans shattered. Everything else I ordered was great!

I was sent the wrong product and I followed the prescribed notification process immediately. I waited 48 hours for a response. It took another 2 weeks before I threatened to cancel my credit card charge when I finally received a response.

One of my eyeshadows arrived broken

Good evening, It's been a week or more and I haven't heard back from anyone in regards to my most recent order. I have made a few purchases recently with the last one having a missing item. I bought a Bambi thumper palette set with the eyeshadow palette not included. I haven't heard back from anyone. I understand if you are understaffed but to not have an automatic recording of the email being received Is bad business.

I love Colourpop. I’ve been a fan for awhile. However, with the Valentine’s Day launch, I had an issue trying to purchase the SOL highlighter. It appeared to be sold out pretty quickly while placing my first order, but this wasn’t the case. As I checked the Colourpop website an hour or so later, the highlighter appeared to be back in stock. Due to this, I decided to place a second order. I tried reaching out to customer support but they ignored my initial issue. Wasn’t very satisfied with that experience.

Great value for the money. However it’s not very pigmented.
