Most unhelpful with queries regarding tracking shipments. Don't just take your customers money and turn a blind eye when there are legitimate issues. Smh.

I have emailed 2 times about receiving broken product and have not heard back. There is only a 14 day return policy by what the faq says and it has already been 1 week since receiving my order

My palettes are amazing but one of my 9 pan came with multiple broken pans (I understand this happens sometimes, no big deal) but I reached out to ColorPop right after opening my palettes and I’ve yet to get a response....

The quality and softness of the eyeshadow is really bad, not to mention the warnings. This is not high quality well made eyeshadows. The only thing colorpop does well, is keep the prices down and the color choices are very unique!
