Disappointed.. I had a situation with not receiving my package. A package that said delivered but that wasn't actually in my presence. I actually had another packaged that said delivered that same day but they most likely gotten stolen from my door step. The otber company was right on top of things. They refunded me and resent me the products they still had in stock. Unfortunately, colourpop did not do that for me. I had to go back and forth via email with ghe customer service team for WEEKS. So, I took it upon myself to purchase the package AGAIN. But when I did that, it was out of stock.. so I ended up getting something different. at this point, I'm out nearly $60 and a bad experience with colourpop. All colourpop cares about is money... Which I get, we all need money, right? But I actually got a stimulus to help the economy out..it would be nice to get my $ back though...

Products 4-5 stars but I really cannot stand the long shipment period.... it's not just 1 time but every time it takes 2-3 weeks using international courier so not acceptable.

I am missing item in my order. This is shadow palette. ColourPop support services has not answered 2 weeks

Mediocre at best. The worst part is I received a discount code the day after I purchased it. They took a few days to reply back probably on purpose and wouldn't honor it. That's poor business if you ask me. Other companies I purchase from always honor it. Last purchase from me because of it

Every other online retailer nowadays manages to include customs in the checkout price for their international customers. Colourpop always equals drama and delay with customs...and the products are just not that great to justify it. It was my last time buying from colourpop.

Half my products came broken.

I love colourpop cosmetics but my "The Child" pallette came with shattered pots of Eyeshadow, which spilled out all over my floor when I initially opened it.
