I love this brand. It sells excelent quality products and in affordable prices. However, shipping times are a problem, and I would like to see that they put an eye on this matter. My first purchase was on a friend's account; it took more than 2 months to arrive and it was missing one product (it was an international shipping, we're not from the USA). When we reached out customer services they didn't really give a good solution at first, because they wanted to give us a gift card to use in a next purchase (we didn't wanted to buy again because of this problem) and it didn't include shipping price. Second try, they refunded the product price, without the shipping. We wasn't really happy about it but it was a better solution. After all, their products are amazing, and that's why I came back to buy again.

Excellent items

Out of 3 orders none has been ised because I’m just early Christmas shopping, but it all has came well packaged and seems like great quality! Very lovely box, bubble wrap, and little card thanking you! Shipping takes a bit, but it wasn’t a rush to get and nothing that can be done about that because shipping is delayed everywhere! Will review again once it’s given and my teen girls tell me what they think. Also kudos on the Elsa stuff! My 5 year old is going to go nuts!

There are some products I really loved like the scrunchies are durable and nice, the blush works perfectly with my skin tone, and the face jewels look pretty. However, the face jewels were tricky to apply and the glue didn’t always come off the paper. They did hold on the entire day minus one out of 8 so that’s nice. I would say I am not as thrilled with the eyeshadow. Every tiny, as pretty as it looks in the pan, looks yellow or orange on the eye so that’s disappointing. Also it is hard to blend and the shimmer can be irritating. It is long wearing but does crease slightly with an eye primer. I am not regretful of my purchase, I just wish the colors weren’t so yellow/orange and the shimmer wasn’t as abrasive.

Happy with my purchase All makeup is beautiful, however the box was dirty and battered. Nothing was damaged thanks to the internal protection.

Expensive, so could not get all that I wanted but has good quality

The products arrived in perfect condition but it took a month and 4 days!!! I love them but delivery to Colombia is too late.
