I have liked the products received a lot and I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I have not received all the products. I sent you an email indicating that I was missing a product but I have not received a response for that reason the negative evaluation.

Received defective product. I messaged twice about it and haven't gotten a reply.

After three weeks, my order hasn’t even processed, never mind shipped. Customer service are useless; you get no updates, no notification that your order is delayed. I’ve bought some great products from Colourpop in the past, but logistically, their order fulfilment is an absolute disgrace.

Got sent the wrong order and was fortunately able to resolve it through customer service. However, I solely ordered from the website because I was after a specific item that I was excited to use for an upcoming event and could not get a replacement for it :(

The product is amazing but the company is not quick to send the products. Things that were ordered almost two weeks ago still have not been confirmed to have even shipped. The company needs to focus on quick and efficient delivery if they are going to make monetary transactions with people. Blaming a pandemic only gets you so far when new products are being overly released. Focus on solid customer service is sorely needed otherwise the company will lose my business.

Products arrived in a reasonable time considering the delays due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, when I opened my package I was disappointed. I ordered a luxe lipstick, 2 lip liners, & a super shock shadow. The lip liners were great quality and I’m pleased with those items. The super shock shadow (sss) was decent quality but the color was the exact color of another sss I’ve previously purchased.I’ve noticed this on the website as well. It seems like CP is releasing old colors with new names + a different finish. Moving on to the luxe lipstick. When I opened the tube of lipstick the stick split in half and fell on the floor. I cleaned the lipstick off with alcohol and swatched it in on the back of my hand. I was frustrated to discover not only was it packaged poorly but it was poor quality. The lipstick was patchy and color payoff was lack luster. I’ve been a OG customer of CP and I’m sad to say that quality and creativity have declined.

Product is good, but disappointing shopping experience and customer service. Family members had made some last minute Christmas requests for ColourPop, but I waited til Boxing Day to make an order, thinking there would be big sales. There were only a few limited dicounts when I made my order at noon, but I ordered anyway because these were requested gifts. I checked back at the website a few hours later and there were so many Boxing Day sales all of a sudden. I would have saved about $50 off my order a few hours earlier and could have ordered more product. I emailed customer service right away, suggesting that I should be able to get the Boxing Day discounts since I ordered on Boxing Day. Never got a response, not even a "no". The gift recipients loved their gifts, but I was disappointed that the Boxing Day sales were posted late. The early bird did not get the worm this time.

Wrong product in my package and what I wanted/ordered is now out of stock.
