Well for the price you are getting excellent quality. I ordered a makeup palette but it was missing a shade so I emailed them to let them know that the palette was missing a shade but honestly for the price I can understand if for whatever reason they wouldn’t be able to replace it. However they did surprise me and sent me a replacement which was unexpected. I appreciate this kind gesture.

The site is easy to navigate, easy to check out. The product. Is awesome! I love the super pigmented colors that apply true and wear well through the day. Most shadows I have to layer primer and sometimes even a white cream to get the pigment to pop (even other high end brands). The lip pencil was also super creamy and went on like a dream. Will certainly be making future purchases and try more products.
