Order took way too long to arrive and was very expensive (10 USD). (international shipping)

The packaging is really cute. However, the formula for the eye shadow is not that great. The coverage is pretty sheer and doesn't build up very well. Overall pretty average make-up. I feel like I payed more for the branding than the actual quality itself.

I had ordered two things from Colourpop - The True Friends collection + a flower tender blush, and the complete Animal Crossing collection. I had received the True Friends + Blush first. Everything was fine until I saw that there was a swatch and finger imprint on the shade, "WHO!" in the What a Hoot palette. Unimpressed, I emailed Colourpop. Now, the website says that they would reply with 48 business hours. So I waited. No reply. I didn't realize that 48 business hours would mean that I had to wait until the end of the week to get a reply. That's a red flag right there. On top of that, I was offered a $12 coupon rather than a replacement of the damage that Colourpop had made on THEIR end. I did not want the coupon, so I requested the "one-time" refund. Refund was given, and all was good. I would like Colourpop to improve on their customer service. When you have "reply within 48 hours", STICK TO IT. There's many bad reviews online about the poor customer service and it does result in people not buying from the company anymore just because of the customer service alone. As someone who does work in the customer service industry, if you want customers to stay loyal, you work on your CS team, hire more, and actively help out your customers instead of having them wait out a week or more for your reply.

My ship were international and one of my shake shadow came totally broken, there is no way to fix it so i can use it, the ship were for 3 weeks almost 1 month and once the ship leave USA i did not have any information of the status and location of my ship.

I love my sailor moon lipstick, the formula and the packaging overall is a great product. On the other hand I order the jam sesh strawberry bundle, I have dry sensitive skin and for starters the scrub was a miss, The consistency was odd, dry not creamy at all,smelled awful (kinda like stale chips) all, when it got wet it was more manageable however still not quite what I was expecting it to be, the serum and oil left my face feeling and looking oily all day long, the feeling was not pleasant at all. Needless to say it wasn't for me.

Colour pop is good, the quality was great, but the items where a smaller then I expected, and I’m also from Australia, not once I notice that I was paying in USA dollars and so the price was a lot more than what i was told, personally I think what I got was not worth the money, let alone waiting over 2 months for it.

Product is cool but I ordered/paid for two and only received one.

The palette I ordered was absolutely flawless. If I had only ordered it, I would have been hands down a five star review. However I’m sincerely disappointed in the formula of the eyeliner stamp I purchased. Never in my life have been so upset about an eyeliner formula that sticks, but it’s absolutely infuriating that I walk around for 3 days with a black smudge on my face from a heart that was beautiful 3 days ago but won’t come off my face with any amount of scrubbing, makeup wipes, coconut oil, nothing. I just get stuck with it. Eyeliner hearts are my Facebook makeup trend and I’m just heartbroken that the formula of yours is so concrete I can’t get it off my face when I want too.
