Items came damaged and I nobody has gotten back to me about it.

Some of my items were damaged.

I got an order with a lot of palettes and I never ordered here before but heard all good things and when it came blowing smoke was missing out of my order I've contacted multiple times with pictured proof that I did order it and did not receive it and nobody ever got back to me highly disappointed and never got my money back for that palette or a replacement nothing.

I bought some stuff right at the beginning of the pandemic so shipping was slow, which I completely understand. But after a month of waiting Colourpop sent me an email saying that it’s been 30 days and if I want I can cancel my order or continue to wait and there was no information in that email about a projected time frame of when it might be ready. So I decided to contact customer service to cancel my order, but it was a Sunday and it could take 48 hours for a reply. On that Tuesday I suddenly get a shipping confirmation and then less than 45 minutes later customer service gets back to me and says they can’t cancel my order because it’s already been shipped. That, to me was just very shady because I waited a month with no updates or end in site and then as soon as I ask for a refund within less than 2 days it has shipped. Yes I was contacted within the 48hr time frame but it just seems way to convenient that I wouldn’t get a reply until almost the very end of those 48hrs and not even an hour after my shipping confirmation when nothing could be done.

The item shipped well but I did not realize that I could not return the product. The item was nice but the pictures did not show that there was glitter in the matte shades. The shipping was fast but I wish they were more clear about their return policy when I was checking out.

The products did not function to the quality i wanted them. They seemed cheap/ lack luster. The only thing i really liked was the setting spray.

Shadows arrived broken, replacement shadows arrived broken. Asked for a refund and they only gave me online credit.
